Krav Maga EC Club

Our club was created in 2014 by three EU Commission staff. It is an official Commission leasure club.

Our members are mostly Commission staff and family members or staff from other EU Institutions. Exceptionnally, we can accept also members from outside if there is a legitime interest.

Our classes focus on everyday self-defence: prevention and the principle of proportionality are part of the teaching. The approach of teaching and physical exercises are accessible to all. Classes take place in a good atmosphere and in the respect of the training partner. Our instructors graduated from the Federation Krav Maga Global (KMG).
